Data we process

We may process account data, contact data, usage data, collection data, listing data, messages between users, social relationship data, tournament activity, support tickets, and operational logs needed for security and service maintenance.

• Collection, listings, loans, chat, tournaments, and trading features
• Security, fraud prevention, moderation, and technical support

• Compliance with legal obligations

Legal bases

The main legal bases are the performance of the service relationship, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform. Consent will be requested only where required.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, email, backup, or authentication providers acting on behalf of TCG Desk. If a user chooses Google sign-in, Google may process data under its own privacy terms during authentication. If a user connects third-party integrations such as CardTrader or MKM/Cardmarket, only the data required for those integrations will be processed.

Patreon memberships

If a user connects Patreon to upgrade or maintain a Plus or Pro plan, TCG Desk may process the Patreon user ID, member ID, campaign ID, active tier IDs, patron status, charge status, and synchronization timestamps strictly to verify the membership and apply the correct plan inside the platform.

Patreon manages billing, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and free trials under its own terms. TCG Desk stores Patreon access and refresh tokens in encrypted form only for the purpose of maintaining membership synchronization.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the account remains active, for the time needed to provide the service, and for additional periods required by law or needed to handle incidents, claims, or security obligations.

User rights

Users may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by contacting legal@tcgdesk.app. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
